Cancellation Policy

Munfordville Sports Tournament Policy To secure a tournament date, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. This amount must be paid at the time of booking. Once submitted, the deposit is non-refundable for any reason other than a weather-related cancellation verified by Munfordville Sports. In the event a tournament is cancelled solely due to weather, a credit of $100 will be issued toward a future tournament. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances. The remaining tournament balance will be calculated and due upon receipt of the invoice from Munfordville Sports. Failure to remit payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the reserved date and deposit. Tournament Revenue & Responsibilities: All gate revenue collected during the event is retained by the Tournament Director. Munfordville Sports is responsible for managing concessions, scorekeepers, and park cleanliness throughout the tournament. Upon request made prior to the tournament start, Munfordville Sports can provide additional equipment, including portable mounds and L-screens. Availability of such equipment is not guaranteed and should be confirmed during the scheduling process. Director Responsibilities: Tournament Directors are responsible for all event coordination, including team communication, scheduling, officiating, and resolving disputes. Any issues, conflicts, or complaints related to tournament operations, officials, or scheduling will be directed to the Tournament Director’s attention, as Munfordville Sports does not manage these aspects of the event. By submitting a deposit and booking a tournament, all parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Munfordville Sports reserves the right to modify policies as needed to ensure safe, fair, and well-organized events.
